The “Raise Your Glass” singer is raising the price on the California beach house she just bought.
Three months after buying the Malibu property for $13.7 million, Pink is looking to sell it for $14.995 million.
The residence—also once home to fellow pop star Barry Manilow—hit the market Monday at a 9.5% price increase, according to the Multiple Listing Service. Directly on the beach, the home offers “180-degree ocean views from Santa Monica Bay and Palos Verdes to Point Dume,” according to the listing with Lily Harfouche of Compass.
The “There You Go” and “Get the Party Started” singer bought the home with her husband, former motocross competitor Carey Hart, in June through a limited liability company for $200,000 more than the asking price, records show.
They are not the property’s only notable owners. Former National Hockey League star Alexander Mogilny and his ex-wife, Natalia, bought the residence from Mr. Manilow in 2012 for $5.5 million, according to property records. They sold it for $8.7 million in 2020.
The home got a complete makeover before Pink, 42, purchased it, according to the listing. It has floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the ocean views, oak flooring throughout, an eat-in kitchen, a formal dining area and a family room with fireplace and an open gallery space, listing photos show.
There’s a patio off the main bedroom, which also boasts a fireplace, a dressing room and a bathroom with a soaking tub with ocean views. There are three additional bedrooms, plus a guest cottage with a kitchenette.
In addition to a beachside lounging area, there’s a “brilliant courtyard” with an outdoor kitchen and spa that offers room for entertaining, as well as privacy for guests and residents, according to the listing.
